Victoria is the Global Recording Manager at Fitch Learning, a global provider of learning and development solutions for the financial services industry. Victoria is responsible for the company’s video strategy and learners video experience, managing the team producing Fitch Learning’s video content, from live events to micro eLearning. A fundamental of this role is ensuring video is deliverable to global clients and the audience engages and interacts with the video and learning experience as a whole. Victoria has been at Fitch Learning for 10+ years and in that time has worked with video in a variety of departments, from learning experiences, events and marketing to product development and video delivery.
