Gary is a Staff Software Engineer at Brightcove, the lead maintainer for the Video.js project. He played a large role in the creation and transition to the current Brightcove Player. He is interested in accessibility and closed captioning and is the current editor of the WebVTT specification. In his spare time he likes to read, to play board games, and to cook.
